VicMtb prides itself on the skills of its mechanical staff, knowledge and workmanship. Every bike VicMtb builds is better because we take extra time to get it spot on the first time round.

All the bikes we build are thoroughly inspected for manufacturing errors and faults in workmanship.

The bottom bracket is removed, frame taped and faced. bottom bracket is greased and re-installed to guard against corrosion.

Disc brakes tabs are faced to ensure total caliper to rotor alignment, giving even pad wear. more info >>

All wheels are de-stressed and spokes are tensioned, wheels are aligned and dished, the cassette is removed, greased and tightened.

Frame alignment is checked and welds inspected.

Cables are trimmed and lubed. Hydraulic lines are cut to the correct length and bled, to ensure smooth shifting and powerful brakes.

Finally bikes are test ridden prior to sale and a QC card is signed by the Mechanic. We back our work with 2 free services & 1 free fork service over the first 12 month period of ownership.
